Four Adjustable Support Levels

A Lowest support level
B Adjust gradually according to the instructions

Start with the lowest comfortable support level and increase gradually only after adapting to the product. If two curvature options feel similar, choose the option with the lower support level.
How to Use

Position the Board
Place the product on the sleeping surface and align it with the lumbar region. Use bedding with adequate thickness for a comfortable support sensation.

Position the board so that the capital letter faces the upper part of the body, toward the head.

Adjust the Position
Move the board slightly up or down until the lumbar region feels comfortably supported and the hips are settled in the concave surface.
